Why you see Warning Bootloader Unlocked
When you are unlocking the Bootloader, the unlocking process will replace the Official moto logo with the Warning Bootloader Unlocked image. So if you want to Remove this message then you have to replace the Warning image with official Moto logo again. Now let's start the process of replacing the Warning bootloader Unlocked image to official Moto logo.
Pre-Requirements

Make sure your device battery must be greater than 60%.

Enable USB debugging in your Motorola if you don't know how to enable then click How to enable USB debugging in Android

Download and install the Motorola USB drivers on your Computer.

Install the Minimal ADB-FASTBOOT tool on your PC or just download ADB-FASTBOOT tool zip.

Download the stock logo.zip file.

Steps to follow to fix Bootloader Unlocked Warning issue

The first step is to download all the required things from above download section and Enable UBS debugging on your Moto device. Also, read How to enable USB debugging in Android

Extract the logo.zip and ADB-FASTBOOT zip into a single folder and rename this folder as adb-fastboot for remembering.

Power off your device and turn it on into FASTBOOT mode and connect USB cable. To enter into the Fastboot mode, just press volume down key + power key simultaneously.

Navigate to "adb-fastboot" folder and open it. Now hold shift on the keyboard and right-click on an empty space and select “Open command window here” to open CMD window.

Now its time to run following commands on the command prompt.
It will list the all connected devices.fastboot devices
This command will replace the Warning Bootloader Unlocked image with official Motorola logo. You will get a successful message on your command prompt when the above command ran without any errors.fastboot flash logo logo.bin
